If you don't understand the difference between assets and liabilities, you will never be able to retire. What most think of when the word "assets" is used is a house or a car, but these are not assets... Do you know why?
Read onI bet you've heard the phrase "cash is king" a thousand times in the investment world... but, is this true? Is cash really the best thing to hold in today's world? I can tell you why it may not be. It has a lot to do with this...
Read onHave you ever wondered why in today's world the big banks have such a great advantage over you in the marketplace of multiplying assets? While it is true that the financial game is rigged in their favor, did you know...
Read onIn today's world... Simple things... Things that I took for granted when growing up are absent in much of the business being transacted. This is especially true in the world of real estate investing. And... these missing ideals form the basis of why Clear Vision Investment Group was founded in the first place. Let me explain:
One such ideal, for example, is the idea of establishing "win-win" relationships with market participants. The idea the we can go farther, faster, and with a better result if we work together. For example, when we structure a deal, we want the tenant, the investor, the property manager, and ourselves to benefit! To do this the property has to be in good shape, create solid returns, and be steadily rented. This is made possible by considering all interests and only doing deals that support win win outcomes.
Another opportunity I see in the marketplace is responsibility. So many times in the real estate world we caught up on appearances when the real means of assessing a situation should be based on results. No more plastic smiles or unfulfilled promises emanating from empty words. The true test is, "What is the result?". Very few people will own a question like that one. Responsibilty... We are bringing it back.
Lastly, communication with investors is of paramount importance to us. Having been on the other side of the table personally... and having struggled to get updates or status reports or even something as simple as a call back; we know the frustration that arises. Our commitment to you is to communicate regularly and honestly regarding your investment. No excuses.
So, the investment "X-Factor" as we see it, represents an opportunity to improve the
deficiencies we have identified in the marketplace and then, simply work to
constantly improve upon them. Contact us to learn more.
